Processing Time:
For standard machines, our processing time is typically 3–15 business days. For customized products, the processing time will be longer, as specific requirements need to be confirmed in advance. The exact processing time for customized orders will be clearly confirmed by both the buyer and the seller during the consultation stage.
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. During peak periods or holidays, the processing time may also be extended.
Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping options based on your location and the shipping service you select during checkout. Our standard shipping service is typically delivered within 10–25 business days (sea transportation may take longer). We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
For certain orders, especially customized equipment or large shipments, the specific shipping method, estimated dispatch time, and delivery time will be clearly confirmed between the buyer and the seller during the consultation stage before shipment.
Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping service and destination. We will confirm the shipping rate with you before you place the order, and shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process, and we strive to offer competitive rates for all our customers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs department. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country's customs department for more information on these fees.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the buyer (such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to receive the package, or failure to cooperate with the carrier for delivery), we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and arrange reshipment after the additional shipping cost is paid.
If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to process a refund for the order. In such cases, the original shipping cost and any handling or transaction fees already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
