If the buyer claims that the product is not functioning properly, clear video evidence showing the product setup, wiring, and operation process may be required for technical diagnosis. Without sufficient information to evaluate the issue, the request may not qualify for refund approval.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the refund eligibility requirements. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Please note that the cost of shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your returned product is received by us.
